Service Level Agreements (SLA's)

 

Service Level Agreements are entered into between Qual IT and the client. They are used to ensure that systems have un compromised up time and that all preventative maintenance is done before any major issues are encountered. SLA's are very important to clients as it guarantees system stability and in the same breath, productivity. These SLA's are worked out to the specific needs of each client and are taylor made to suit individual requirements. Costing is worked out on a hourly basis and includes the following:

  • Software Updates
  • Anti Virus, Spam, Spyware and Malware Protection and removal
  • Microsoft Service Pack and Software patch installations and testing
  • Hardware driver updates installations and testing
  • Hardware and Software compatibility testing to ensure system stability
  • Network performance analysis and configurations
  • Back Ups of all systems (Offsite)
  • Complete Inventory list to make upgrades and updates happen at the right time
  • All other requirements that you might have can be arranged
